Two paths, never blended

Self-serve and contact-sales stay fully separate

  • Starter and Growth β€” checkout via PayPal Business (global) or VietQR / NAPAS (Vietnam). No sales call required.
  • Enterprise and add-ons β€” quote first, then contract, then invoice, then payment, then provisioning. No checkout button.
  • Rate-card numbers (monthly and annual amounts) are published once founder-approved. The plan shape and included features are locked now.
  • Billing questions for any tier route to [email protected], which forwards to the operating entity for your lane.
  • Enterprise billing follows the signed contract. Disputes are bilateral against the audit trail.

Pricing boundaries

No live rate-card numbers

Monthly and annual amounts are founder-approved before publication. The plan shape is locked; the numbers follow.

No Stripe checkout yet

Stripe is deferred to a later lane. Current self-serve paths are PayPal Business (global) and VietQR / NAPAS (Vietnam).

No Phase 5 scope in any tier

Invoice-issuance API, QR-payment scan, and AI-audit-certification claims are outside every current tier. They are not included even in Enterprise or add-ons until the Phase 5 gate opens.

No foundation or donation lane
