AI Accounting Loop is a commercial software business

Effective 2026-04-26, all public surfaces of AI Accounting Loop operate under a commercial software and services platform identity. This platform is not positioned as a foundation project, a donation-backed software lane, or a public-benefit wrapper. The foundation/public-benefit entity, if any, is completely separate and is not the public operator for SaaS subscriptions, enterprise contracts, recurring billing, or commercial API usage.

Global Commercial Lane

aiaccountingloop.com - operated by Global Commercial Operating Entity. Subscriptions, API billing, enterprise contracts, implementation fees, annual plans. Merchant of record: Global Commercial OpCo.

Vietnam Commercial Lane

vn.aiaccountingloop.com - planned to be operated by the same commercial entity. Payment methods for Vietnam will be announced when available. Local onboarding and consulting/compliance services follow the same commercial governance. Not a donation or public-benefit lane.

Foundation / Public-Benefit Lane

Completely separate. Allowed: scholarship, training support, public-benefit support, community assistance, grants and donations. Not allowed as public wrapper for AIL SaaS, commercial checkout, subscriptions, or enterprise contracts.

Self-serve checkout lanes are currently deferred pending merchant readiness. Manual enterprise invoice billing is available on request.

7-Day Implementation Plan
